Classic yoga classes include breath exercises (pranayama), sets of physical postures (asanas and kriyas), relaxation, and silent or chanted meditation. Every class has a specific focus such as strengthening the nervous system, relieving the sciatic nerve, or firing up the metabolism.

Vocal Yoga

Vocal Yoga classes include releasing the voice as well as the body through breath exercises (pranayama), sets of physical postures (kriyas), and meditation. Each class has a specific vocal focus including vocal release, jaw/tongue release, resonance balance, vocal range and vocal power.  Vocal Yoga is ideal for all types of professional voice users. It maintains your vocal health, and strengthens and releases your voice while freeing your body and your spirit.
